Working Principle of Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
Firstly, the glass container slides along the declining
bottle-entering disc into the net belt conveyor. After being
transported to the bottle handling disc, the glass containers are
divided into four lines and enter into dial wheel. And the dial
wheel separates the containers automatically and pushes them into
the turning track, and then carry out the following procedures:
circulating water injecting, ultrasonic washing, injection water
external washing, compressed air internal flushing, injection water
internal flushing, compressed air external and internal flushing.
Complete rinsing is achieved after the above procedures are
finished. Lastly, the galss container is sent out from washing
machine, and enters into drying-sterilization tunnel.

Our sterilizing and drying machine is suitable for drying and
sterilizing of glass containers such as needle bottles, ampoule
bottles, oral liquid bottles, and others.
Performances and Features
It features reasonable design, compact structure, and high
security performance.
The heating power is 27Kw.
Abrupt power-off will cause no damage to the machine due to the
high temperature.
The net conveyor belt for bottle and flank balustrade of verge
integrates into one.
Bottle delivery is more reliable due to synchronous working,
without clamping, falling or breaking bottle.
The complete monitoring device of each part ensures high safety.
Working Principle
In the consecutive transporting process, the ampoules flushed pass
by preheat area, drying area, sterilization area, heat eliminating
area, and cooling area. After this process, drying, sterilizing and
hot source eliminating will be achieved.
